KIROS CONCERT: FRIDAY NOV 6.09

EVENT INFO:

KIROS is an awesome band playing in Vulcan, AB on Nov 6.09. The concert is part of an annual youth event called "Youth Explosion". Hope you can all come!

SCHEDULE:

4:20PM-----Leave from the church.
6:00PM-----Event registration.
6:30PM-----Icebreaker games.
7:30PM-----KIROS
8:00PM-----Cool speaker from BC. His name is Marcel!
9:00PM-----Free snacks!
9:30PM-----KIROS CONCERT!
11:00PM----Leave for the church.
12:30AM----Arrive at church. Please arrange for your parents to pick you up.

Your parents MUST sign this form for you to come. You can bring the completed form to Hub on Tuesday night, or fax it to (403)274-9054. FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY WED NOV 4 OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND.

COST:

TRANSPORTATION:

We will be carpooling for this event and would really appreciate help from any of the parents that are available. Contact Dave Elliott @ crazyyouthevents@gmail.com for details.

NOTE: We will be sending a male and female chaperon to this event. Kids will be supervised at all times and we will ensure that they remain at the event facility for the duration of the concert.
